8" Damascus Copper Bunka Kitchen Knife
My favorite blade shape, the Japanese inspired bunka. The bunka is very similar to the santoku, but the differences lie in the shape of the tip and the edge profile. The edge profile of the bunka has slightly less curve than the santoku. This blade has a copper shim between the 80CRV2 core steel and the Damascus cladding. The blade has a distal taper of .14" (3.5mm) and .08" (2mm) near the tip.
