8.5" Lightning Gyuto

This is an 8.5" gyuto knife with a little twist on the wa style handle.  The design intent is to look like the steel has burned itself into the handle material.  While the steel in the handle isn't actually that thick all the way through, the pieces of steel in the handle add a bit of weight, but the good news is that the balance point is right at the bolster.
