6.5" Brut De Forge Chef's Knife

This 6.5" chef's knife is hand forge from 1075 steel.  Raw forge, or brut de forge left on the spine and tang of the blade to give it that rustic hand forged look. The handle material is cocobolo with black G10 pins. The handle is a little smaller than most of my blades, but still a great fit for people without giant sausage fingers.
